June.2017, Dalian Pan-Bohai Sea Energy Trading Center signed strategic cooperation agreement with CTC GLOBAL LINK LIMITED.
CTC GLOBAL LINK LIMITED authorizes Dalian Pan-Bohai Sea Energy Trading Center and Dalian Huani Trading Co., Ltd as collaborative partners on project execution and business interface, including biding, purchasing, project contacting out for construction of gas stations in Nigeria, and trading Nigerian crude oil and Petroleum products between China and Nigeria in collaboration with NNPC (Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation)
The agreement conformed to the national “ONE BELT ONE ROAD” policy and strategic layout, opened a whole new channel of cooperating with North Africa energy exporting country, for the accumulation of cross-regional resource advantage and gradually expanding the business pattern laid a solid foundation.
