Chairman of PBS, Mr. Zhu Shiliang, together with chairman of CEM, Mr. Zhou Lijun, performed a special report to Mr. Yang Zejun(ministerial level), who is the secretary general of Financial and Economic Office, the Supervisory board chairman of Silk Road Found in Silk Road Found Limited conference room, in the morning of Nov. 15th, 2016. The special report contained information about the construction & development for PBS, and Council establishment affairs, which got highly praise by Mr. Yang Zejun.
